What's in the box
Dale End Cheddar
Another outstanding choice from Botton Village, near Whitby. This cheese is a traditional
cloth bound cheddar which is aged for a minimum of six months. It has a tangy and citrus
like taste with a long-lasting flavour. A wonderful cheddar that gets the taste buds at the back
of your mouth tingling.
Berwick Edge
Made with raw milk and traditional rennet. Berwick Edge is a robust and full flavoured
Gouda style cheese with undertones of pineapple and spice. From Doddington Dairy in
Northumberland.
Flaming ‘eck
A blended addition to this cheese box. Flaming ‘eck is made with Lancashire cheese from the
Sandham’s Dairy. They have added Jalapeno Peppers, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Chilli Flakes
to really make your taste buds jump.
Sparkenhoe Vintage
An 18 month old Red Leicester from The Leicestershire Cheese Company. A truly wow cheese with a completely unique taste. It is matured for 18 months by which time the salt crystals have started to re- form. The caramel flavours are more exaggerated and the overall flavour is strong without being acidic.
Relish
One of our Warwickshire home made relish made by a wonderful lady called Karen these are made in small quantities and are divine.
Biscuits
These are made in the UK by a team of skilled bakers, following the original Swedish recipe. They use simple, natural ingredients including Shipton Mill organic flour, organic fresh milk and our precious sourdough, which is fed daily and allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is baked
